From the start we were very satisfied with working with Viktor. We always felt he was working for us and not just trying to sell us every house that we saw. He was very knowledgeable and always gave us ideas and alternative with home features and improvements. He was always available to view homes. Whatever we were looking for in our transaction he was always a great advocate for us. Overall we would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks in the future.

Viktor was an excellent buyer's agent! He is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented which was great for a first-time buyer like me. If there was any kind of question I had, I had no problems asking Viktor, who answered most of them on the spot. Viktor was present at the very first showing I was at and at the closing table. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend him.

I was a very difficult person to deal with, not knowing what type of property I desired, not knowing where I wanted to live, indecisive, afraid to take the plunge as this was my first property. Viktor never got discouraged and kept identifying new properties that may be of interest to me. He knew the areas intimately that I looked at and always knew the questions to ask the selling agent. He always was able to give me the pros and cons for each property. He was available any weekend I wanted to look and was never more than one or two hours getting back to me regarding any emails I sent. Viktor met me on snowy winter mornings, wet mornings and glorious spring days.
